16th June Briksdalbreen

Last night we celebrated the birthday with a meal out, our first in over 5 weeks, the weather was good enough to eat outside, at 9.30 it was still very warm, photo included. We are now at a campsite at the foot of the Briksdalbreen glacier. We have been up to the edge of the glacier where you are made very aware of global warming. The weather here in the mountains changes very quickly and our walk down was accompanied by thunder and rain.
